These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the estoto platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and estoto. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and an Indonesian resident to open an account on estoto. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that online gambling is not prohibited in your specific jurisdiction.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on estoto. Duplicate accounts will be identified through our verification systems and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Before processing any withdrawal, estoto requires identity verification (KYC). You must submit a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Withdrawals are not processed until KYC is complete.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each offer's individual terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, account sharing, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
estoto operates under an internationally recognized regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming law. Any disputes not resolved through our internal process are subject to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules.

The estoto platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any of our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. estoto actively employs age verification measures. Any account found to be held by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits.
estoto's primary target market is Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia or an eligible jurisdiction and confirm that using online betting services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. estoto does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where such services are explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using estoto is lawful in your location before registering.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not subject to any court order, regulatory prohibition, or self-exclusion agreement that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.
Employees of estoto, its affiliated companies, game studio partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in any promotional offer. This restriction applies regardless of whether the person discloses their relationship to estoto.
To use estoto's services, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on estoto at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. estoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify estoto's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
estoto operates a mandatory KYC verification program. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You may request the closure of your estoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
estoto supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per 24-hour period and are displayed in the cashier section. estoto reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri inter-bank transfers during normal banking hours are typically credited within minutes. Deposits made outside of banking hours, or via channels experiencing technical delays, may take longer. estoto is not liable for delays attributable to the player's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1–3 business hours during estoto operating hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
estoto operates a withdrawal-to-source policy. All funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. estoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.
All transactions on the estoto platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where currency conversion is required, the rate applied will be estoto's internal exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from interbank or public market rates.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by estoto are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier i s specified in each promotion's individual terms page. Wagering contributions vary by game type:
Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
estoto monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where abuse is detected, estoto reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account in question without prior notice.
estoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, where circumstances require it. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.
All sports bets placed on estoto are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, estoto's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — is final. estoto covers major football competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international tournaments including FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections are voided due to match abandonment or other qualifying events, the odds for the voided selection revert to 1.00 and the bet continues on the remaining selections. Minimum odds per selection for mix parlay eligibility are specified in the sportsbook rules.
Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by real dealers in real time. Connection interruptions during a live game hand or spin do not entitle a player to a refund of the bet placed — the outcome recorded by the studio server at the time of disconnection is binding.
All slot games available on estoto use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Applicable RTP percentages are published on each game's information page. Malfunction of a game voids all affected plays and associated wagers. Players are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection before commencing play.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced directly from official pool operators. estoto does not control draw outcomes. Any discrepancy between the result displayed and the official pool result will be resolved in favor of the official pool result. Stakes on cancelled or postponed draws are automatically refunded to the player's account balance.
estoto applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap, which is displayed in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings exceeding this cap are paid at the stated maximum. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept this limit.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the estoto platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the estoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of estoto or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the estoto platform without express written permission from estoto. Unauthorized use of estoto's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by estoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
estoto collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, process transactions, verify player identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. estoto aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond estoto's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, acts of government, or significant cybersecurity incidents).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, estoto's total aggregate liability to any individual player — arising out of or in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any related matter — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their estoto account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
estoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — even if estoto has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You acknowledge that gambling involves a financial risk and that you may lose your deposited funds. estoto does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes. The decision to gamble and the amounts wagered are entirely your own responsibility. estoto shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred by any player.
estoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, estoto will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the platform or a communication to your registered email address. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the estoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which estoto holds its international operating license. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute between you and estoto, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. estoto will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving full documentation from all parties.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through estoto's internal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against estoto. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
